The International Association for French Bread aims to faster professional exchanges and participate in the radiance of French bread in the whole world by organizing annual conferences and company visits.

Created in 1986, the International Association for French Bread is today :

  • A forum which brings together millers, bakers, suppliers and all professionals in the wheat / flour and bread sector as well as breadmaking teachers,
  • More than 270 “Loyal to good bread”,
  • A booklet published every six months containing the lectures of the year, the portrait of a public figure of our business, technical articles on these aeras as well as reviews of books that can enrich the library of informed bakers.
The fellowship “International Association for French Bread!” federates professionals who are passionate by premuim breads, their components, and manufacturing methods.
